Who is this suitable for?
This is a very basic introduction to First Aid and Defibrillation aimed at children between the ages of 8 and 11, but it can suit children of any age.
The course is kept at a basic level with no use of confusing terminologies.
The course will show complete respect for the child’s ability, make it educational and practical, and instil the importance of helping someone who is poorly or injured.
Please note that this is a practical course and your child will be undertaking physical elements which may involve contact with other children and the adult trainers. When and where does the course take place?
This is a three hour course (9 am to 12 noon) and will be held at Turweston Village Hall near Brackley.
A certificate of attendance is included, and each child will also receive a Mini Medic activity book to keep along with a free pen.
